By accessing or using the Aidrok website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

3. Services Provided (AI Agency)

The Agency offers services related to the development, integration, and consulting of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. Details, scope, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate **Service Contract or Quote**, which takes precedence over these GTCUS in case of conflict.

3.1. Client Data and AI Models

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary rights (including intellectual property and data privacy) for any data provided to the Agency for AI training or processing. The Agency is not liable for the legality or accuracy of client-provided data.

4. Ordering, Payment, and Refunds

Orders for services require the acceptance of a formal quote and typically a down payment. All payment terms, milestones, and refund policies are strictly detailed in the individual Service Contract agreed upon between the Client and the Agency.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, graphics, logos) is the property of AIDROK. Intellectual property rights related to the custom AI models developed by the Agency for the client will be defined in the specific Service Contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services or from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
